Service Desk Call

Given the fact that the plan to provide a customer support calling service (remote service desk) through the subsidiary companies of the Water and Wastewater Organization of Tehran has been launched, subscribers can submit their requests via dialing the number 122 so that our colleagues can contact them via phone in the shortest time possible and follow up on their requests, as required, remotely. In addition, in the event there is a need for inspection of a property by the inspectors of the company or delivery and receipt of documents, it will be by prior arrangement with them.
