    For the category of services that due to rules and regulations or special terms of service cannot be provided through the electronic service desk and must be provided in person, the subsidiary companies of the Water and Wastewater Organization of Tehran will act to provide any information and guidance needed in relation to the process of customer service and guide and direct the referred clients to the related departments by allocating a suitable environment for the referred clients, the full observance of citizenship rights and utilizing responsive, trained staff.
